By 20 December 2022No Comments

We are proud to announce FSC Construction and Maintenance as a charity partner for 2022/2023.

As an official partner, FSC will be supporting our work and helping us to move closer to a world where nobody has to face a mental health problem alone. We are really grateful for the support.

Anthony Snow, Corporate Partnership Lead at North East Lincolnshire Mind said:

“It’s great to be working with FSC Construction sand Maintenance on this new and exciting partnership, and we are really looking forward to working with the organisation over the coming year.

1 in 4 people, both adults and young people, will experience a mental health problem in any given year. By working together, we can promote positive mental health, raise awareness and vital funds and ensure that no one in our local area has to face a mental health problem alone.”

Speaking of the new charity partnership, Sharon Brown, HR Manager at FSC Construction and Maintenance said:

“Mental health is no longer a taboo subject. Attitudes are improving and support for the challenges people face is growing. Mental well-being is high on the current political agenda. More help is on hand to assist in understanding the struggles that people face but can rarely be seen.

Too often, people feel afraid to admit that they are struggling with their mental health and this can stop people from getting help. Through our fundraising efforts, we can help North East Lincolnshire Mind to continue offering advice and support to those facing a range of challenges.

We are looking forward to contributing to the efforts to promote a greater understanding of mental health in the workplace and the construction industry.”
