Support for those who are homeless and experiencing poor mental health.

Working with North East Lincolnshire Council’s Homeless Team and other partners, we have the ‘Navigators’. Navigators are part of a national programme developed to support individuals who are the most complex within the homeless community.

The team provide intensive support to ensure their health and basic needs are met, along with working alongside these individuals to take steps towards alternative ways of living. Through the COVID-19 period the Government has enabled the local authority to put everyone into temporary housing. This supported the work of the Navigators. As this change’s the Navigators adapt their ways of working to meet any challenges that come.

Any referrals are to go through the North East Lincolnshire Council’s Gateway. Please check the councils website or call 01472 326296.
