The aim of the workshop is to start to be more emotionally aware and use art activity to reduce stress and anxiety. You don’t need to have done these activities before, or have any particular skills or knowledge. It is important to note this is not Art Therapy we use art as a way to support individuals to find ways to express themselves.
We have chosen topics on a range of common mental health problems and lifestyle issues which may or may not be connected to poor mental health. Topics covered are on a range of common mental health problems and lifestyle issues such as:
• Stress and anxiety
• Low mood and depression
• Connecting with others

You will create your own action plan and identify your own personal goals using an evidence based system. We will help you to keep track of the positive changes you make, along with support around any other support that might be helpful.
Groups are available to adults over the age of 18 and living within North East Lincolnshire. Our courses are free of charge.
